If you're voting next Tuesday, a $155 million bond question is on your ballot. Police and fire union leaders and the Greater Omaha Chamber made a final pitch Tuesday. The city says it wouldn't require a tax increase.

KETV reports the bonds would help fund a $181 million headquarters at the development. Voters approved $146 million in bonds in 2024, and the city says it can't proceed without this additional $155 million. WOWT reports construction would begin in 2028 and finish in spring 2030 if voters approve. The Columbus Telegram also reports leaders urged a yes vote Tuesday.
