- ➤ On Tuesday, December 2, SHARE Omaha and SHARE Iowa launched their annual one-day push of generosity to connect over 500 local nonprofits with new donors and volunteers — the drive aims to build long-term support for services such as food and housing assistance. KETV

- ➤ The Papio-Missouri River Natural Resources District is now accepting orders for tree and shrub seedlings through its Conservation Tree Program—bundles cost $32 and include 25 same-species plants, while the Small Acreage and Wildlife Packages offer four different species for windbreaks, wildlife habitat and living snow fences. - ➤ Yesterday, the Omaha Inland Port Authority held its first public stakeholder meeting where Executive Director Garry Clark updated the community on plans for the Innovation District and Airport Business Park. - ➤ Omaha city officials are launching a 20-year plan under the We Make Omaha public engagement effort to stem the annual loss of 1,500 college graduates by boosting local job training and workforce skills.
