Frosty's will permanently close its store at 17220 West Center Road on October 15 due to economic challenges — the store may close earlier if inventory runs out.

A seven-story parking garage opens today near UNMC at 4605 Farnam Street in the EDGE district—its 753 stalls include four electric vehicle charging stations and it will charge $1 per hour with monthly rates starting at $75 after a ribbon cutting at 3 p.m.
