- ➤ Last week, the Papio Missouri River Natural Resources District finished the Beltline Trail entrance at 1421 Military Avenue to revive the Hamilton Street—Military Avenue intersection along an old railroad right-of-way. Grow Omaha reported new projects including a 28-townhome development led by Holy Name Housing and plans by Ooh De Lally to renovate the Johnson Sash and Door Building for employment training starting this fall with work set to finish by the end of 2026.
