Omaha Police are investigating the death of 67-year-old Kathy Snider as a homicide by neglect by her caretaker, 53-year-old Nicky Budlong who was booked for manslaughter, abuse of a vulnerable adult and theft, and the investigation continues.

The Omaha Fire Department added a new engine Monday and welcomed Engine 2 with a push-in ceremony — a tradition that dates back to the 1800s.
