- ➤ Police arrested 49-year-old Eugene Morris on charges of criminal trespassing and third-degree assault after he re-entered the Blue Nile Corner Store near 20th and Ohio streets on Tuesday — he cut a 67-year-old man who was struck by a metal can — and both men were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
