- ➤ A Toyota ran a red light at 24th and Vinton in South Omaha just before 11 a.m. Saturday—crashing into a Chevrolet and sending a 35-year-old man and a female passenger with serious injuries to Nebraska Medicine while an 89-year-old driver received treatment for minor injuries and now faces pending charges.
