- ➤ On May 27, the Westside Community Schools Board approved a renovation budget for Westbrook Elementary, awarded a contract to Boyd Jones Construction for work over the next four summers, raised wages for staff groups, and extended Superintendent Mike Lucas’s contract through June 2028 — Lucas now earns $270,232.85 a year.
