A legal decision and threat of state fines have led the family-owned Barber Shop Blackstone to change its name temporarily to the Censored Shop (located near 40th and Farnam in the Blackstone District).

The siblings plan to appeal the ruling later this week.

Omaha's Public Works Department closed two streets on Monday for repairs and a construction project.

Drivers should plan alternate routes until the work is finished.
