- ➤ Good Life Sports Bar & Grill plans to open at 1501 Mike Fahey Street in the Builders District with a three-season covered outdoor seating area. The bar is awaiting its liquor license and is set to launch its build-out in time for the College World Series. Grow Omaha

- ➤ Garden Party Omaha hosts a free Mother’s Day weekend music festival today from 2 to 11 p.m. at Sonny’s Askarben Village, featuring live music, food, and drinks while celebrating women and nonbinary songwriters. Founded by Madeline Reddel, the event includes nine acts (local talent). KETV

- ➤ Work has started at the former Younker’s store in Westroads Mall as Dillard’s moves its Oak View Mall location once renovations finish in the second half of 2027.
