- ➤ Farmers from across the state gather every Sunday in College View for the nearly half-year long Sunday Farmers’ Market & local vendors offer fresh produce and crafts. The ongoing event gives community members a chance to support local agriculture. WOWT
- ➤ Over 120 vendors kicked off the 33rd season of the Omaha Farmers Market this weekend in Aksarben, offering fresh produce, starter plants, and breakfast sandwiches. The market will run every weekend until October (dogs must be leashed). KETV
- ➤ On Sunday, the Waterloo fire house hosted its annual pancake feed and auction to raise funds for its water rescue and drone programs - an event that drew more than 1,440 neighbors to support volunteer firefighters from Waterloo and nearby areas. WOWT
