- ➤ Runza and UNL partnered to create a limited-run ice cream that blends the sandwich's beef, cabbage and spices into a cool treat — it is available today at Runza locations in Lincoln and Waverly while supplies last. KETV

- ➤ An analysis shows Omaha’s recycling program has remained at about 20,000 tons annually — a figure that lags behind peer cities with expanded composting and bin services. The city will continue pilot programs and partner with local groups to boost waste diversion. Flatwater Free Press
