- ➤ Omaha voters will vote Tuesday in the primary election for two city council districts—District 2 has nine candidates including incumbent Juanita Johnson and District 4 has four candidates including incumbent Ron Hug. In other races, some candidates run unopposed or automatically advance to May’s general election. KETV
- ➤ Unofficial results show Jean Stothert and John Ewing leading the contest for Omaha mayor after Tuesday’s primary—voters cast ballots at multiple polling locations. WOWT
- ➤ Tuesday's Omaha City Council primary election saw close races in District 2 and District 4—Ron Hug led District 4 with 2,534 votes while Andrew Adams trailed with 1,126, and in District 2 Ben Gray led with 1,597 votes ahead of LaVonya Goodwin with 919.
