- ➤ On Tuesday night, hundreds including Ukrainian families and local supporters gathered at Bethany Lutheran Church in Elkhorn to mark four years since Russia’s full-scale invasion. - ➤ A sinkhole near Aksarben trapped two vehicles and caused a water main break when Pacific Street between 63rd and 67th closed after the road collapsed at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday — no one was injured and repair work continues today. KETV

- ➤ Local board game creators gathered on Tuesday at Spielbound (a popular board game café) to test and refine new ideas as part of the Spielmasons group. - ➤ UNO introduced its new multi-year Strategic Enrollment Plan on Feb. 25 to boost retention, recruitment and community partnerships — the plan features the Mav One Stop hub to streamline admissions, advising and career services and support current and future Mavericks through 2029. - ➤ Beta Alpha Psi hosted a mock interview workshop at the UNO School of Accounting on Wednesday, Feb. 25 to give students real-world practice with accounting and finance professionals. - ➤ Omaha downtown business owners say streetcar construction on Farnam and Harney is hurting revenue as a new group, the Streetcar Impact Alliance, calls for grants, tax breaks and free parking from Mayor John Ewing. The alliance has given March 6 for a response. 3 News Now
