- ➤ The former Anheuser-Busch beer depot office at 12th and Jones was listed on the National Register in 1979 and is the only one remaining of its original four; work is underway to convert the building into an urban garden project with a cafe and green space. WOWT
- ➤ KETV has curated a guide to local Valentine's events. Locals can enjoy creative pairings at Kaneko on Feb. 14 at 6:30 p.m, a couple’s hike at Hummel Nature Center on Feb. 7 at 9:30 a.m, and a dog-friendly pawty at Omaha Dog Bar on Feb. 14 at 11 a.m. KETV

HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ A UNMC researcher has been awarded a $4.7 million grant to study a therapy for a dangerous pregnancy complication. The research team will use the funding to explore treatment options and enhance care for mothers (the study aims to address critical health risks). Omaha World-Herald

- ➤ Nebraska men's basketball fans crowded Pinnacle Bank Arena in Lincoln for a whiteout game as the Huskers suffered their first home loss of the season on Sunday.
