Lindsey Simmonds sound baths are a well loved experience at Yoga Now. As a unique blend of crystal bowl harmonic vibrations, guided meditation, and restorative reiki energy healing.

She uses a variety of crystal bowls each tuned to a specific frequency to create a harmonious and healing environment. People often share feeling a deep sense of relaxation, clarity and peace after her sound baths.

We provide mats, pillows, bolsters, blankets, meditation cushions, eye masks, and if you want to bring anything to be extraaa cozy and comfortable, please feel free to do so!
